L-Ghonnella Restaurant, Spinola Palace

Sited within the imposing Palazzo Spinola in St. Julians, L-Ghonnella Restaurant serves contemporary Maltese cuisine and local fresh fish.

The restaurant offers patrons an interesting and varied Maltese menu, based on true traditional Maltese recipes. The kitchen has endeavoured to produce a menu that merges time-proven recipes with modern and attractive presentation. Situated in the cellar of the Palace, which used to serve as the servants’ quarters in the 17th century, the restaurant offers a cosy, warm and serene ambience with candles lit throughout to add a touch of romance.
